Arlene is an accomplished and passionate accredited Master Cruise Consultant with Cruise Lines International Association Inc (CLIA). Arlene specialises in cruising and uses her wide expanse of knowledge and experience gained from herself having cruised on over 50 cruises Worldwide.
Arlene began her cruising career in 1994 and for 12 years was the State Manager SA/WA/NT for Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises Australia, P&O Cruises UK, Cunard, Seabourn and Carnival. Arlene’s extensive career in the cruise industry built the foundation for her business, Cruise Focus, today.
From the moment that Arlene established her own business, Cruise Focus, Arlene made the decision that her business would be entirely client focused enabling her clients to feel safe in the knowledge that they are doing business with a respected and trustworthy travel agent. To this end Arlene prides herself on returning phone calls and replying to emails the same day that she receives them. An important part of Cruise Focus is Arlene’s cruise presentations to Probus, Rotary, Retirement Villages, Senior Citizens in fact all Clubs and Associations. Arlene gives these presentations herself and they are always fun-filled and entertaining with many Clubs requesting her to return to give another presentation. The focus is on an interactive discussion and enjoyable DVD to discuss all aspects of cruising and Arlene even shares with you some interesting stories from her days at sea. There are even prizes at the end of the presentation! There are no hidden charges at all.As an added bonus Cruise Focus does not charge any credit card fees if clients pay by either Visa or MasterCard. Bank fees ranging from 1.5% to 2% are absorbed by Arlene, once again in appreciation of your business.
